-

Returns & Warranty
Q: What is your return policy? A: Due to the personalized and hand-assembled nature of our watches, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please be sure of your choice before purchasing.
Q: Do your watches come with a warranty? A: Yes. We offer a 1-Year Warranty specifically covering the watch movement. If the mechanical or quartz movement malfunctions under normal use within one year, we will repair or replace it.
Q: What if my watch arrives damaged? A: Every single piece is rigorously examined for perfection before shipment. However, if there is an issue upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation.
Product Care & Usage
Q: Are the watches waterproof? A: Our watches are rated for 50 meters (5 ATM) of water resistance. However, to preserve the longevity of your timepiece, we strongly advise against subjecting them to high-pressure water environments, such as deep diving or high-impact water sports.
Q: Does the warranty cover water damage? A: No. Products damaged by water are not eligible for return or warranty claims. Please ensure the crown is screwed down tight before any contact with water.
Q: Why does my watch have a "Seiko" movement but isn't sold by Seiko? A: We use genuine Seiko Instruments (SII/TMI) movements—such as the VK63, NH35, and NH38—because they are the industry standard for reliability and accuracy. Our watches are custom-built "Mod" watches using these authentic engines, but they are not official Seiko products.
Q: How do I maintain the movement? A:
-
Automatic (NH35/NH38): These are self-winding. If you don't wear it for a few days, give it a few shakes or wind the crown to start it again.
-
Mechaquartz (VK63): These run on a battery. Expect the battery to last approximately 3 years under normal use.
