Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
Origin: All watches are shipped directly from our facility in China.

Quality Control: Every single timepiece undergoes a rigorous examination to ensure perfect functionality and aesthetics before it leaves our workshop.
Movement Warranty: We offer a 1-Year Warranty specifically covering the watch movement. If the movement malfunctions under normal use within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it.

Standard Return Policy: Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Custom Orders: Watches that are fully customized or built to your specific requirements are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
Water Damage: Products that have been damaged by water are not eligible for return or warranty claims.

Rating: Our watches are pressure tested and rated for 50 meters (5 ATM) of water resistance.
Usage Advice: While the watches are waterproof, we strongly advise against subjecting them to high-pressure water environments (such as deep diving or high-impact water sports).
Liability: Please note that water damage voids the warranty. We recommend treating your timepiece with care to maintain its longevity.
